Moog is seeking a Senior Assembly and Test Technical Trainer in Buffalo, NY to lead and mentor engineers and junior trainers in assembly and test workmanship standards for Moog precision hardware.

You will train 2–24 students per session, adapt teaching methods to different learning styles, and coordinate hands-on workshops while ensuring training aligns with organizational goals and industry standards. This role reports to Management, Manufacturing Assembly & Test.

Competenze

• Five years of relevant technical experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; English literacy required.
• Technical or vocational degree preferred.
• Subject matter expertise in assembly and test processes for mechanical or electrical assemblies.
• Ability to translate complex standards to address skills gaps.
• Experience training groups from 2 to 24 students.
