Moog in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Senior Assembly and Test Technical Trainer to mentor employees and developing entry-level trainers in assembly and test for Moog precision hardware. You will lead daily training activities, contribute to course improvements, and ensure adherence to workmanship standards.

Required: 5+ years of relevant technical experience, HS diploma (GED) with a preferred technical degree, and SME in assembly/test processes. Reports to Management, Manufacturing Assembly & Test.

Competenze

• Five or more years of relevant technical experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; technical degree preferred.
• Ability to translate complex standards for training across groups.

Mansioni

• Train classes of 2–24 students; adapt methods to learning styles.
• Coordinate and deliver hands-on training sessions and workshops.
• Assess program effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Work with stakeholders to align training with organizational goals.
• May lead a small training team and report to management.
