Moog is hiring an Assembly and Test Technical Trainer to train employees in Buffalo, NY. You will lead both one-on-one and group sessions to develop proficiency in assembly operations and test procedures for Moog systems and hardware.

The role covers hands-on workshops, collaboration with stakeholders, and alignment with organizational standards while upholding Moog values and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant technical experience required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; otherwise ability to understand and follow English instructions and basic math.
• A technical or vocational degree is preferred.
• Ability to translate technical standards and product/process knowledge to address skills gaps.
• Ability to train individuals and small or large groups on assembly operations and tools.

Responsibilities

• Train class sizes from 1 to 20 students.
• Adapt teaching methods to various learning styles.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions, including hands-on workshops.
• Complete tasks and solve problems with potentially complex solutions.
• Support senior content developers with routine tasks.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align training with goals and standards.
• Provide guidance and coaching on day-to-day training issues in the assembly and test area.
• Represent Moog values in daily work.
