Moog is seeking an Assembly and Test Technical Trainer for our Buffalo, NY onsite site. The role focuses on training employees to become proficient in assembly and test operations using tools like I-WIN, EHRs, and TIPQA.

You will train from 1 to 20 students, adapting methods for varied learning styles and coordinating hands-on sessions. Required: at least three years of relevant technical experience and a preference for a technical or vocational degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of technical training or related experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; technical/vocational degree preferred.
• Ability to conduct training in English and perform basic math operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions for 1–20 students in assembly and test operations.
• Adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and group sizes.
• Coordinate hands-on workshops and ensure training aligns with standards.
