Qualifications

• Five+ years in assembly/test in high-technology manufacturing.
• Experience with electronics, dual systems, and multiple part families.
• Able to research problems and develop solutions.
• Able to work with limited supervision and set up test fixtures.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, route sheets, and test specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/test moderate to semi-complex products to meet quality and delivery goals.
• Set up test equipment and record conformance to specifications.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform diagnostic teardown/rebuilds.
• Produce/inspect assemblies per customer standards and specifications.
• Mentor and train less experienced team members.
