Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in FMCTI assembly, high pressure hydro test and paint.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to train entry level assemblers grade 9.2 and below.
• Capable of autonomous maintenance on assembly and test equipment.
• Ability to lead in a team environment.
• Forklift and electric pallet jack certification where applicable.
• Demonstrates basic problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively retrieve, understand, and adhere to QAP documentation.
• Demonstrates basic problem-solving skills.
• Perform proper rigging techniques where applicable.
• Properly completes required documentation.
• Keep a clean workstation, understand and be able to train on 5-S principles
