Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Assembly Associate for 1st shift. You will work on the manufacturing production line and serve as Team Captain, ensuring production, safety and quality requirements are met. Responsibilities include data entry, line setup, changeovers, and coordinating daily targets with the team.

The role requires 2–4 years experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Overtime may be required; a fast-paced warehouse environment is expected.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience, preferred.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, preferred.
• Able to consistently lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shift.
• Overtime with little to no advance notice.
• Fast-paced warehouse environment experience helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player.

Mansioni

• Maintain accurate daily assembly production records and timely data entry.
• Ensure efficient manufacturing line workflow, including staffing, line setup and changeovers.
• Operate machinery/equipment to install components on products along the line.
• Monitor safety and compliance standards for individuals and teams.
• Escalate safety, compliance, or operational issues to supervisors for resolution.
• Train and onboard new team members using standardized processes.
