Job summary

Premier Pump & Power is seeking a dedicated leader to manage the final build operations at our Spring, Texas facility. You will oversee engine, pump, and trailer/skid completions, guiding floor associates to deliver high-quality assemblies on schedule.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of supervisory experience in industrial equipment manufacturing, with strong diesel and pump knowledge. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience leading or supervising industrial equipment manufacturing operations.
• Provable knowledge of diesel machinery and industrial pumps, as well as fabricated structural steel components.
• Able to read and understand engine and pump technical specifications.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Assembly operates with accuracy and production efficiency as primary goals by supervising, organizing, directing, training employees and establishing processes.
• Desire to take the Assembly department to a higher level in safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage and train the Assembly team to solve daily operational issues and reach short and long-term performance goals.
• Oversee daily operations, closely manage timesheets and ensure timelines are met and monitor the production schedule.
• Review workflow, staffing and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by complying with safety and legal regulations.
• Schedule and oversee the Assembly team to meet production demands, coordinating with managers and other supervisors.
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance.
• Help with incremental continuous improvement projects and bring solutions for process improvements.
• Provide support and mentor direct reports through hands-on training and development plans, including performance reviews.
