You will follow standardized work instructions, operate assembly machinery, and maintain production records. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of assembly experience, the ability to read drawings, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Understanding of workplace safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components to build finished products following standardized work instructions and diagrams.
• Perform visual and functional inspections on assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and report defects or issues in the assembly process, and collaborate to resolve them.
• Operate machinery and tools used in the assembly process, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
• Maintain accurate records of production and quality control data, including checklists and reports.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Strive to meet or exceed production targets and minimize downtime.
• Work with team members and supervisors to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
