The role emphasizes safety, mentorship, and a culture of excellence, with responsibilities across planning, monitoring, and reporting performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field preferred.
• Proven leadership and supervision experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience implementing SOPs and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of assembly line leads and assemblers.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate assembly activities to meet schedules and quality.
• Collaborate with Production Manager to set goals and optimize resources.
• Monitor assembly processes for accuracy, efficiency, and specs.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Drive best practices and SOPs for continuous improvement.
• Train and develop assembly personnel and identify training needs.
• Maintain safety protocols and compliance with company policies.
• Communicate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain on issues and improvements.
• Analyze production metrics and report performance to senior management.
