Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Area Manager at the Fairfax Site with deep experience in industrial engineering, quality and lean manufacturing. You will lead a team, manage resources, and drive improvements across the assembly area.

This role requires a degree in engineering, English fluency, and at least five years in a demanding manufacturing environment; you will coordinate with program teams and ensure safety and efficiency on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; industrial or mechanical background preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing with focus on quality and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of quality, supply chain and lean principles; good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HSE objectives and requirements.
• Produce parts according to customer specs and requirements.
• Lead daily production meetings; adjust resources; ensure corrective actions.
