Job summary

Swagelok Southeast Texas is seeking a Production Manager for Assembly Solutions to lead fabrication and assembly operations. You will own on-time delivery, quality, continuous improvement, scheduling, and supervision on the shop floor, applying a process-engineering mindset to deliver quality outcomes, meet schedules, and scale the production system.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, project management and warehousing, reporting to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

Responsibilities

• Own daily production scheduling and prioritization to optimize delivery, quality, and floor operations
• Supervise technicians and production staff to maintain quality, schedule and safety
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, project management, and warehousing to translate orders into a production plan
• Lead or participate in quality and safety audits and implement CI improvements
• Develop and implement staffing models, capacity planning, and production flow improvements
