Responsibilities

• Study time, motion, methods and speed to improve efficiency.
• Review worker logs, product sheets and specs to verify QA adherence.
• Review and approve work assignments considering performance and schedules.
• Review charts and diagrams to illustrate workflow, routing and floor layouts.
• Evaluate data to validate deviations from standards.
• Recommend modifications to production standards for quality within equipment limits.
• Suggest revisions to methods or layouts to increase production.
