Job summary

Cintal, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to design, optimize, and validate fuel injector assembly and testing processes.

You will lead APQP, PFMEA, and Control Plans, supporting production and cross-functional teams to drive quality and efficiency. You will work with engineering, quality, and operations on new product launches, implement corrective actions, and push for Lean improvements across manufacturing operations in Pontiac, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Process Engineering.
• Experience with APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for fuel injector assembly and testing.
• Lead APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and process validation activities.
• Support production operations and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Drive continuous improvement for quality, safety, and productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations on launches.
• Analyze process performance and implement corrective actions.
