Qualifications

• Seven years of manufacturing experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to interpret complex build documentation and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Execute prioritized work and record progress using SAP transactions and documentation.
• Train and mentor assembly team while following safety rules and PPE guidelines.
• Maintain 5S standards and conduct daily briefings when supervisor is unavailable.
• Assist in building first articles by interpreting prints when process is undefined.
• Develop build plans and work instructions and participate in training on hazardous materials and safety.
• Work independently and adapt procedures to meet varied requirements while balancing quality, productivity, and safety.
• Communicate product issues and progress to Manufacturing Engineering and Production Control.
• Demonstrate punctuality and comply with operating procedures.
