Martin-Baker America is seeking a Sewing Machine Operator to operate a range of sewing machines and reinforce fabric and materials used in production assemblies.

You will read blueprints, follow build plans, and maintain safety and quality standards while supporting a clean, efficient work environment. Training provided; on-site role with full-time hours.

We will train new hires and offer benefits and PTO as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and build plans.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate various sewing machines to join and reinforce fabric and materials.
• Read blueprints and build plans to ensure correct assembly.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and end-of-shift housekeeping.
• Support a clean, organized work area and quality standards.
