The regular hours for this position are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday from 5:00pm to 5:30am. You will receive a 15% shift differential for working on the night shift.
The Assembler is responsible for the precision assembly of complex electronic and electro‑mechanical systems. This role requires advanced competency in assembling extremely small, fragile, and high‑tolerance components using microscopes, specialized fixtures, and detailed work instructions. Sr Assemblers work from schematics, diagrams, Bills of Material, and written or verbal instructions to produce high‑quality microscopic components for electronic test products. The role demands strong dexterity, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to derive and validate component tolerances, and the capability to thrive in a fast‑paced production environment. As an expert assembler, this role also provides training, leadership, and process‑improvement contributions within the assembly team.

This role in Beaverton, Oregon pays between $18.80 and $24.68 per hour, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You’ll also be eligible for quarterly profit‑sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
