Job summary

Kratos Defense and Security Solutions is seeking an Assembler to prepare products for final release, ensuring quality and cost efficiency on the shop floor. You will assemble components per blueprints and documentation, operate rivet guns, drills, sanders, grinders, routers, and support junior staff with technical guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow documentation.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies using verbal and written instructions, blueprints, and manufacturing documentation.
• Operate rivet guns, drills, sanders, grinders, routers, and other specialized tooling.
• Use tools and fixtures to assist with installation or completion of parts, sub-assemblies, and modifications.
• Interpret blueprints, routings, tape measurements, and decimal-to-fraction conversions for accuracy.
• Serve as a resource for junior staff by providing technical guidance and training as needed.
