Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Senior Assembler to join our Ludington, Michigan manufacturing team. You will assemble and test meters and regulators, follow work instructions, and contribute to on‑time delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast‑paced shop environment.

You will work with a team to operate tooling and test equipment, perform basic 5S practices, and participate in continuous improvement efforts. This on‑site role requires a high school diploma and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to perform required duties.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, manufacturing background a plus.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow safety policies.
