Qualifications

• SCDOT Asphalt Roadway Technician (ART) is required.
• SCDOT Certifications in Concrete, Earthworks, Hot Mix Asphalt are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in construction inspection with a focus on roadway field inspection and HMA QA lab testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections for soils, foundations, pavement sections, reinforced concrete, and more.
• Coordinate with contractors and NOVA staff on service delivery and test results.
• Prepare detailed and complete daily field reports.
