Croell, Inc. is seeking an experienced Asphalt Plant Superintendent to oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of four asphalt plants, including three stationary and one portable plant.

The role involves hands-on leadership, daily production oversight, and staff development to ensure reliable plant performance. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical knowledge, supervisory experience, and a willingness to work alongside team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of asphalt plant operations experience.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot hot-mix asphalt plants.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and maintenance knowledge.
• Previous supervisory experience and staff development skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on operational oversight for four hot-mix asphalt plants.
• Oversee production, staffing, and employee training to ensure goals.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve plant performance.
• Monitor efficiency, downtime, and maintenance planning.
• Coordinate winter maintenance and capital improvement needs.
• Promote safety policies and ensure compliance across sites.
