Ideal candidates will have 5+ years as a Plant Operator, with strong verbal and written communication and the ability to learn plant functions quickly while adhering to MSHA and company safety policies. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience required.
• At least 5+ years of Plant Operator experience.
• Ability to fit test and use PPE as needed.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery within the asphalt plant.
• Learn plant functions proactively and assist in all plant tasks.
• Follow MSHA and H&K safety policies.
• Work in a team with site personnel and substitute when needed.
• Perform duties as assigned.
