Job summary

The H&K Group, Inc. in Narvon, PA is seeking an experienced Asphalt Plant Operator to support production at our Silver Hill asphalt plants. The ideal candidate is safety focused, detail oriented, and works well in a team, with a CDL not required.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 5 years of plant operator experience, effective communication, and ability to follow safety policies. We offer strong benefits and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience may be accepted.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to fit test and use PPE as required.
• Minimum 5+ years of plant operator experience in asphalt or quarry setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery within the asphalt plant.
• Follow MSHA and H&K safety policies.
• Learn plant functions and operations.
• Cross-train to cover other plant positions.
• Collaborate with site personnel.
