The candidate should have 5+ years of supervising paving crews, a high school diploma or equivalent, and Asphalt Paving Levels 1 & 2, with a valid Florida driver’s license and the ability to read and interpret simple instructions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paving crews and supervising foremen is required.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to train crew members.
• Ability to read simple instructions and perform basic math for measurements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise asphalt paving foremen and crews to meet schedules.
• Stabilize production by monitoring time, materials, and costs daily.
• Verify contract requirements and ensure compliance on site.
• Prepare progress reports and adjust schedules as needed.
• Maintain records of time and material usage for costing.
