Knife River Corporation is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee asphalt paving projects, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure projects run on schedule and within budget.

The role involves coordinating with managers, suppliers, and agencies, reviewing cost reports, and maintaining strong relationships with owners. Expect a mix of day and night work, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in asphalt paving or related field
• 3+ years supervising crews and equipment

Responsibilities

• Supervise foremen and subcontractors on paving projects.
• Coordinate with Construction Manager, General Manager and Project Engineers.
• Review daily cost reports and manage project schedule.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and owners.
• Meet with agencies and owners to maintain relationships.
• Approve daily timecards and coordinate with service department.
• Coordinate trucking with Logistics and Trucking Supervisor.
• Provide training and direction to key personnel.
• Travel to project locations and work a flexible schedule.
• Perform other duties as required.
