You will read plans, relay orders, and maintain quality control while ensuring timely completion under varying shift demands. Qualified candidates bring 5+ years paving/foreman experience, strong leadership and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work day and night

Qualifications

• Five+ years paving and foreman experience required.
• Supervisory and strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to work day and night shifts as project demands.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers.
• Oversee progress and efficient utilization of paving crew and equipment.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Foreman and Superintendents.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and report repairs.
• Monitor layout, placement, and compaction of materials.
• Ensure quality control and verify measurements for compliance.
• Communicate professionally with customers and external sources.
• Read and relay job information from work orders to the crew.
• Operate paving equipment and facilitate alignment and movement.
• Calculate and order job materials as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
