Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work under time constraints and meet schedules.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment inspections and site walk-arounds to identify unsafe conditions.
• Tour work site to assess progress and optimize worker and equipment utilization.
• Communicate crew needs with dispatch and plant; plan truck haulage accordingly.
• Monitor material quality and troubleshoot to produce high-quality paving products.
• Coach and supervise team members to comply with OSHA/MSHA and train new employees.
• Lead and manage personnel, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Record and relay production, quality, equipment, and personnel information to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Promote and enforce safe work practices.
