Job summary

Amazon Leo seeks a Sr. ASIC Design Verification Engineer to define and verify digital SOCs for satellite communications. You will create verification environments, write tests in C/C++, and run regressions on embedded CPUs, FPGA and emulation platforms, ensuring correctness with formal methods.

Minimum 7+ years in verification for communications and 5+ years in UVM, C/C++, and scripting are required; Master/PhD preferred. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, or EE required.
• 7+ years in verification, preferably in communications.
• 5+ years in UVM, C/C++ and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Implement a state of the art verification environment for RTL vs Matlab/C reference models.
• Develop test plans, write tests, run regressions, collect coverage, report progress.
• Write tests in C/C++ to run on embedded CPU.
• Develop tests for FPGA and emulation platforms.
• Run formal verification of complex blocks for functional correctness.
• Collaborate with design and systems teams for system level verification using UVM, SystemC, DPI-C.
• Develop a highly automated regression environment to manage builds and data.
