Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in San Diego, CA is seeking a senior verification engineer to help define and implement the digital SOC verification for the Amazon Leo project. The role includes developing test benches, writing C/C++ tests, and driving formal and emulation verification across FPGA and ASIC blocks.

This position requires a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, 7+ years in verification, and proficiency with UVM, SystemC, DPI-C, and Matlab.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
7+ years in verification, preferably in communication systems.
5+ years in UVM, C/C++ and scripting.

Responsibilities

Implement verification environment to test RTL against Matlab/C models.
Develop test plans, write tests, run regressions, collect coverage, and report progress.
Write C/C++ tests for embedded CPU.
Develop tests for FPGA and emulation platforms.
Run formal verification for complex blocks to ensure correctness.
Collaborate on system-level verification using UVM, SystemC and DPI-C test benches.
Create a highly automated regression environment to support builds and data management.
