Job summary

Blue Origin in Merritt Island, FL is seeking a Principal Supply Chain Program Manager to architect and execute end-to-end procurement and supply chain strategy for critical ASIC materials and components, interfacing with manufacturing, R&D, engineering and operations to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.

You will lead LTAs, manage supplier relationships, drive risk mitigation, and leverage AI analytics and ERP systems to optimize forecast, capacity, and yield across high-value programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or higher.
• Minimum 8 years in engineering, operations, supply chain, procurement, or supplier development in semiconductors.
• Minimum 3 years in strategic sourcing and contract development/negotiations for ASICs or critical components.
• Experience with foundry/OSAT/testing and semiconductor supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing for ASIC materials and components.
• Negotiate LTAs and FFPR contracts with foundries and vendors.
• Manage supplier relationships with scorecards and roadmaps.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies including dual-sourcing and Preferred Manufacturer List.
• Use AI analytics and ERP/MRP for visibility and forecasting.
• Coordinate capacity planning with foundries and OSAT for ramp and yield targets.
• Monitor TRL and MRL maturation with engineering.
• Align supplier activities with program milestones and master schedule.
• Provide monthly/quarterly supplier performance and KPI reporting.
