Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC seeks an Sr. Technical Program Manager for ASIC/SOC development across pre- and post-silicon phases, including architecture, RTL, verification, packaging, and bring-up.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver complex satellite and ground equipment solutions that meet stringent power and performance specs. The role requires steering multi-disciplinary teams through silicon development cycles, managing schedules, risks, and costs, and

Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
3+ years of software development experience.
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
7+ years of working directly with ASIC engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering leaders to create project execution plans for ASIC/SOC development.
Define ASIC bring-up readiness and test plans with ASIC, communication system, EE, and software teams.
Ensure ASIC/SOC development meets schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
Drive engineering project execution, make technical trade-off recommendations, and resolve blocking issues.
Coordinate cross-functional deliverables with Architecture, hardware, software, firmware, packaging and PCB teams.
Engage with external IP, Fabs, OSAT Services to complete project execution on time.
