Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Annapurna Labs Silicon Operations in Austin, TX. You will own the end-to-end silicon product schedule—from tapeout to high-volume manufacturing—and drive cross-functional execution across engineering, quality, reliability, and supply chain.

You will identify blockers, set clear owners and dates, and ensure products hit milestones with required quality and capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology.
• 5+ years in semiconductor product engineering, test engineering, silicon operations, manufacturing, or technical program management.
• Experience owning semiconductor programs through major milestones such as tapeout, first silicon, bring-up, qualification, or ramp.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end silicon product schedule from tapeout through high-volume manufacturing.
• Build and maintain integrated execution plans across silicon, package, test, quality, reliability, and supply chain.
• Define milestones, owners, entry/exit criteria, and recovery plans.
