Job summary

Anika Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a Sr. Aseptic Technician to perform routine and non-routine activities for aseptic fill manufacturing, following SOPs and batch records. This role requires judgment in resolving basic issues and making recommendations.

The position requires 4–6 years in a cGMP manufacturing setting, the ability to work flexible hours, and strong written and verbal communication. Proficiency in MS Office and cleanroom gowning are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of related experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours to complete activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment according to SOPs, Batch Records, MDs, and OPMs.
• Execute all aseptic fill procedures (transfer, setup, sanitization, autoclaving, process simulation).
• Perform scheduled cleaning and sterilization of equipment.
• Coordinate sample preparation and testing.
• Document deviations and nonconformance; report to management.
• Maintain training and participate in process improvements.
