Job summary

Summit Spine and Joint Centers is seeking a full-time Clinical Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day clinic and ASC operations across multiple Georgia locations. You will establish goals, policies, and systems while coordinating staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.

The role requires at least one year of clinical experience, willingness to travel to all assigned sites, and preferred experience with eClinicalWorks.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of clinical experience.
• Willingness to travel to all assigned locations.
• Experience using eClinicalWorks preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and training of all clinical and ASC staff.
• Monitor workload of receptionists, medical assistants, and fluoroscopy technicians.
• Coordinate shift breaks and ensure completion of daily tasks.
• Engage with providers and lead staff to maintain office flow and efficiency.
• Audit charts for MIPS, vital signs, and scanned documents.
• Ensure appropriate staffing for the day and manage attendance.
