Job summary

Ravensburger in Seattle invites a Senior/Principal Art Director to lead and elevate the Disney Lorcana trading card game visuals across cards, packaging, playmats, and campaigns. You will mentor freelancers, translate narrative goals into art briefs, and ensure production-ready direction under the Set Lead Art Director.

Qualifications

• Proven senior art direction experience in licensed IP projects.
• Experience managing and mentoring freelance illustrators.
• Strong visual storytelling and art direction across cards and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain visual direction for Disney Lorcana products across cards, packaging, and campaigns.
• Review art briefs and provide actionable feedback to artists to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Set Lead Art Director, Narrative, Production, Brand, and external studios to align goals and production realities.
