ERM Marketing & Communications Agency is seeking an Art Director to lead design across stakeholder engagement campaigns, brand storytelling, digital experiences, and sustainability reporting. The role blends creative leadership with client-facing responsibilities, guiding designers from concept through execution.

You will mentor designers, build strong client relationships, and contribute strategic thinking across digital, print, and editorial work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital, print, and branding work.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop graphic designers.
• Provide clear expectations and feedback for projects.
• Consult with clients on creative approaches for digital spaces.
• Manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Own projects from concept to final delivery and ensure quality.
