Job summary

ERM is seeking an experienced Art Director to lead creative work across stakeholder engagement campaigns, brand storytelling, digital experiences, sustainability reporting, and pitch design. You will mentor designers, collaborate with writers and strategists, and manage client relationships while delivering high-impact work from concept through execution in a fast-paced, globally integrated design team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
• 4-6+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio with digital, print, interactive and branding work.
• Superior understanding of typography and page layout.
• Extreme attention to detail and quality control.
• Experience collaborating with writers, strategists and digital designers.
• Excellent client communications and design-focused discussions.
• Ability to multitask and work under shifting deadlines.
