Job summary

Conscious Minds is seeking a Senior Art Director for a full-time, remote-first role. You will lead creative development and execution across social, digital, branding, and experiential, partnering with writers and clients to craft integrated campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in agency settings, expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and strong storytelling with a bold visual aesthetic. Travel 1-3 times per month; Seattle/West Coast preferred; compensation range $90,000–$120,000 plus

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an Art Director, preferably in an agency setting.
Proven track record of crafting integrated campaigns with a strong visual focus.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; motion skills in After Effects or Premiere Pro are a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with copywriters, cross-functional team members, clients and creators to develop and execute integrated campaigns across social, digital, branding, and experiential.
Conceptualize and oversee the creation of visually cohesive assets, including videos, edits, creator contributions, photography, motion graphics, and design elements.
Translate brand strategies into compelling visual narratives.
