The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in design/branding, with strong leadership, a stellar portfolio, and expertise in UX, typography, and video production. Hybrid role with onsite and remote work options in Arkansas.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in an advertising agency, design studio or branding firm.
• Strong portfolio across branding, digital experiences, and campaigns.
• Ability to work across multiple disciplines—from concept to execution.
• Experience art directing photography and video productions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic insights into visual concepts across media.
• Design across campaigns, websites, social content, and publications.
• Art direct photography and collaborate with production partners.
• Develop mockups and interactive prototypes for digital campaigns.
• Lead and mentor junior designers.
• Deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
