Job summary

T&P Turkey in New York is seeking a Senior Art Director to join our creative team, supporting a leading luxury automotive client across a portfolio of iconic brands. You’ll bring strong visual thinking, exceptional craft, and big-brand ideas to a wide range of work.

Work closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and cross-functional teams to shape ideas from concept through execution. This role thrives on energy, ambition, and collaboration across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Art Director role within a creative, advertising, or integrated agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and integrated campaign ideas.
• Experience across brand campaigns, experiential, activations, digital, CRM, and/or social.
• Automotive experience is highly valued; luxury or premium brand experience is a strong plus.
• Experience developing work across multiple channels and formats.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment and open to moving into a Senior Art Director role.
• A degree of some sort will help us understand your background and point of view.

Responsibilities

• Develop original creative ideas and integrated campaign concepts that build the brand across channels.
• Define and execute strong visual directions across brand, digital, CRM, social, experiential, and activation work.
• Concept visually distinctive brand experiences, events, partnerships, and activations.
• Adapt and evolve existing global and campaign creative for the North American market.
• Design with typography, composition, imagery, and overall craft to feel premium.
• Collaborate with Copywriters and Creative Directors to take ideas from concept to execution.
• Work cross-functionally with strategy, production, account, CRM, social to bring ideas to life.
• Present concepts and visual directions to internal teams and client stakeholders.
