Job summary

T&P Turkey in New York is seeking a Senior Art Director to join our creative team, supporting a leading luxury automotive client across a portfolio of iconic brands. You’ll bring strong visual thinking, exceptional craft, and big-brand ideas to a wide range of work.

Work closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and cross-functional teams to shape ideas from concept through execution. This role thrives on energy, ambition, and collaboration across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Art Director role within a creative, advertising, or integrated agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and integrated campaign ideas.
• Experience across brand campaigns, experiential, activations, digital, CRM, and/or social.
• Automotive experience is highly valued; luxury or premium brand experience is a strong plus.
• Experience developing work across multiple channels and formats.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment and open to moving into a Senior Art Director role.
• A degree of some sort will help us understand your background and point of view.

We are seeking a conceptually strong, design-driven Senior Art Director to join our creative team, supporting a leading luxury automotive client across a portfolio of iconic brands.

As a Senior Art Director, you’ll bring strong visual thinking, exceptional craft, and big-brand ideas to a wide range of creative work. You’ll flex between developing original concepts and brand activations and evolving existing campaign ideas across channels, always ensuring the work feels considered, beautifully designed, and true to the brand.

Working closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and cross-functional teams, you’ll help shape creative from the initial idea through execution. You should be equally comfortable concepting a larger brand idea, developing an experiential activation, or finding a smart and visually compelling way to extend an existing campaign.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Concepting: Develop original creative ideas and integrated campaign concepts that build the brand and connect with audiences across channels.
• Art Direction: Define and execute strong visual directions across brand, digital, CRM, social, experiential, and activation work.
• Brand Activations & Experiences: Concept visually distinctive brand experiences, events, partnerships, and activations that bring the brands to life in memorable ways.
• Campaign Evolution: Adapt and evolve existing global and campaign creative for the North American market, ensuring every execution maintains the strength and quality of the original idea.
• Design & Craft: Bring a sophisticated eye for typography, composition, imagery, and overall design, ensuring the work feels elevated and beautifully crafted.
• Creative Partnership: Collaborate closely with Copywriters and Creative Directors to develop ideas from initial concept through final execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside strategy, production, account, CRM, social, and other teams to bring creative ideas to life across multiple touch points.
• Presenting Ideas: Clearly communicate creative thinking and confidently present concepts and visual directions to internal teams and client stakeholders.

The pay range for this role is $120,000-$140,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Salary is subject to change based on factors such as geographic location and cost of living in location of hire. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
