Job summary

Kaplan, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Art Director to lead a seasoned design team and set strategic creative direction across websites, digital media, emails, and promotional materials.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into compelling visual concepts and campaigns, while mentoring designers and ensuring high-quality output. The role is remote/nationwide in the USA, offering a competitive base salary within Kaplan's Salary Grade B and a strong benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design, visual communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a creative team.
• Minimum 8 years crafting campaigns across email, video, print, digital ads, and websites.
• Proven ability to lead and manage designers and align with business objectives.
• Proficiency in HTML, HTML5 and CSS.

Responsibilities

• Guide creative direction for projects and campaigns with stakeholders.
• Oversee growth and workload of designers, review work and provide training.
• Conceptualize, design, and deliver artwork and assets that meet brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to produce impactful assets.
• Maintain knowledge of brand, trends, and production techniques.
