Job summary

Kaplan International is seeking a Senior Manager, Art Director to lead a design team, shape the creative strategy, and deliver branded assets across websites, digital media, and campaigns. The role requires guiding senior designers, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes strategic thinking, strong leadership, and proficiency in Adobe CC, HTML/CSS, and project tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design, visual communications, graphic arts or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a creative team.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in crafting and designing campaigns, email, videos, print marketing material, presentations, digital ads, websites, and social media assets, including responsive/mobile.
• Strong sense of strategic and conceptual thinking.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of designers.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Acrobat Pro.
• Proficiency in HTML, HTML5 and CSS.
• Familiarity with Asana project management system is a plus.
