Job summary

Ouzinkie Native Corporation seeks an experienced Program Manager to support a large Army enterprise, overseeing agile delivery, resource planning, and performance metrics. You will align contractor tasks with Government systems, monitor velocity, and enable rapid resolution of blockers.

Responsibilities include supporting acquisition lifecycle activities, cloud/DevSecOps pipelines, and collaboration with Government stakeholders to accelerate capability delivery to Warfighters and partners.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance (Top Secret/SCI).
• Experience supporting Agile program or project management within a DoD environment (Army preferred).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, Scrum, Kanban, backlog management and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, cloud environments, RMF, engineering, or test & evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Program Management support to a large Army enterprise and oversee agile delivery across multiple offices and programs.
• Offer real-time visibility of workforce velocity, cycle times and blockers via Agile dashboards and boards.
• Integrate contractor task management with Government Jira, track backlog and execution.
• Develop workload-sizing methods for resource estimation, performance measurement and velocity forecasting.
