Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Program Analyst SME to oversee Field and Sustainment maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with AR 750-1, TMs, CSAs, and PWS requirements. The role coordinates with CORs, ACOR PMO, and customer units to optimise readiness and minimize downtime.

The position involves SOP development, performance measurement, and oversight of maintenance workflows across shops with a focus on regulatory adherence and cost control, including TDY readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required; advanced logistics/maintenance training preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in AR 750-1 and sustainment maintenance processes.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Active U.S. Secret clearance and ability to deploy TDY as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Field and Sustainment maintenance operations per AR 750-1 and TMs.
• Develop SOPs, monitor maintenance operations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with FRA Site Lead, COR, ACOR PMO, and units to meet cost, schedule and performance objectives.
• Interface with supply and procurement to ensure parts availability and timely maintenance.
• Provide performance management and coaching for maintenance personnel.
