Job summary

Constellis is seeking a Supervisor Security Officer to perform security duties and supervise shifts at multiple properties around New York. The role reports to Tier 1 Senior Supervisory Security Officers and involves directing Security Officers, scheduling, training, and post inspections.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree or 3+ years of supervisory security experience, U.S. citizenship, valid NY license, and medical/physical readiness; highly motivated to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 3+ years of security supervision experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with a valid driver's license and ability to pass screenings.
• Must wear protective body armor and meet medical/physical standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct Security Officers and supervise tasks.
• Provide scheduling, training, and counseling.
• Coordinate access control and event security.
• Respond to emergencies and liaise with authorities.
• Perform timekeeping, scheduling, and reporting.
• Maintain professional appearance and discipline.
• Oversee security during special events.
• Daily duties in a multi-building environment.
• Report to Tier 1 Senior Supervisory Security Officers.
