Job summary

Constellis is seeking a Senior Supervisory Security Officer in Seattle to oversee security shifts, supervise officers, and ensure client needs are met. This role demands strong leadership, adherence to security protocols, and coordination with Contract Managers on a daily basis.

The position requires extensive experience in security supervision, valid firearms credentials, CPR/First Aid certification, and the ability to operate under demanding conditions at client sites.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of security supervisory experience.
• 4+ years in US Military Special Operations or US law enforcement special ops OR 2+ years sworn LE with MOS background OR 6+ years sworn LE.
• US citizenship, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background checks.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Current firearms certificate and applicable weapon qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Contract Managers and/or Assistant Contract Managers.
• Direct Security Officers and supervise assigned tasks.
• Provide scheduling, training, and counseling for Security Officers.
• Oversee security services during special events and access control.
• Respond to client and authorities during incidents and emergencies.
• Perform administrative tasks including timekeeping, scheduling, and report tracking.
• Maintain professional appearance and enforce work rules and discipline.
