Job summary

So Cal Training Team Media Group is seeking an experienced ARF Administrator to oversee operations of Enhanced Behavior Support Homes in California. The role ensures high-quality resident care, effective staff management, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead daily operations, manage budgets, coordinate resident services, and engage with families and community partners, requiring strong leadership and organizational skills and a compassionate, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a residential care setting
• Leadership or administrative experience (2+ years)
• Experience with adults with disabilities or mental health conditions
• Strong understanding of state and federal regulations for ARFs

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to maintain a clean, safe, supportive living environment
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety standards
• Manage facility budget, expenses, and resource allocation
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; conduct evaluations
• Engage with residents and families; coordinate services
