Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Industry accreditations (RPA, FMA, CPM) strongly preferred.
• LEED AP/Accreditation preferred.
• Real estate license required within the first six months (as required by jurisdiction).

• Develop and implement property strategies to optimize asset performance across owned and leased properties.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets for revenue, operating expenses, and capital expenses.
• Manage financial reporting and analysis to meet targets and savings goals.
• Maintain exceptional client/tenant relationships and serve as senior client contact.
• Supervise and mentor General Managers and other key personnel; drive performance.
• Drive innovation and use technology to improve operations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with lease obligations and risk management across functions.
