Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee 5–6 clubs and lead a team of General Managers and staff. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming, high-quality member experience while ensuring financial and operational success across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of managerial experience in a customer-facing retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of supervisor/manager experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations to meet KPIs and deliver a best-in-class member experience.
• Build and maintain a welcoming club atmosphere.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff including General Managers and assistants.
• Monitor customer complaints and escalate maintenance issues as needed.
• Travel to multiple club locations to supervise operations and support teams.
• Develop action plans to improve underperforming clubs.
